Revival - terms, conditions and Salon etiquette
Time Out: Our clients expect true time out when they enter. So to ensure the outside world is left behind please turn off your mobile phone and enjoy your time with us. Thank you for your respect and consideration of others.
Health Concerns: Please ensure that you tell your therapist of any medical conditions or medications as some treatments may not be suitable for you e.g. Heart condition, metal implants, cancer, diabetes, etc.
Pregnancy: Please ensure to tell your therapist if you are pregnant or trying to get pregnant as some treatments may not be suitable for you to receive until the end of your first trimester.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift Vouchers are the perfect gift idea for that special occasion or just to say thank-you to your
friends or loved ones.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
Please note:
- Gift Vouchers bookings which have not been cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time will automatically be redeemed
- Gift Vouchers must be presented to be redeemed and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable for cash
- Gift Vouchers are non-transferable between clients
- Gift Vouchers may be redeemed for either services or products
Deposits: Any bookings of treatments or packages reserving 1.5 hours or more will require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable if the booking has not been cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: We do accept that very occasionally cancellations will be necessary, however treatment time has been allocated and reserved for you so when cancelling or rescheduling appointments please provide us with 24 hours notice for booking of 1 hour or less, 48 hours for gift vouchers, and 48 hours for appointments 1.5 hours or more in duration and for appointments reserved on Thursday evening (after 4pm) or Saturdays. Should you not show, cancel or reschedule your appointment you will be required to pay the amount in full for the appointment allocated to you.
